Meditation can change your life, and it may even save your life.
When you meditate, you go deep within. You begin to understand what’s really going on. You grasp the truth. You understand the self.
Along with this awakening come some really miraculous events. You’ll notice that your whole life begins to change. As you align with yourself and learn the truth about reality, you begin to be aligned with the universe, too.
All things are connected. This becomes crystal clear after you’ve meditated regularly for a while. Your mind isn’t separate from your body. And your soul is the “real” you. Meditation changes the trajectory of your life because you can’t help but make lifestyle choices that are healthier for all levels of your being. It is natural to want to be healthier the more you feel embodied.
I teach a style of meditation that is great for beginners. It’s also good for people who have dabbled in guided meditations but want to take it to the next level.
