Aside from the sexist Karen reference, this is great. I agree that being a doer is way better than being a manager and I wouldn't want to be promoted.

(As for the Karen disagreement - I am trying to normalize that idea that a woman who complains isn't always just a horrible person, women can be empowered to speak up instead.)
