Brenda, somehow my response to this became a response to my story and not directly to you. I am not sure how that happened! Here is what I wrote back to you the day you commented and I’m so sorry:

Wow, thank you for asking this and reading. I do strongly believe that was a message for you. I also think that having a ‘hunch’ that you have a suppressed memory means it’s very likely you do. I have been opening myself to memories of past lives with the same kind of dilemmas recently. Always go with your gut.

As for ducks, I used to own one as a pet and I hang around geese and birds a lot, and I don’t think there’s any rape in their world. The way they mate always looks kinda painful I think (for all birds). I think it’s a judgment we place on them that it’s violent, and I think that’s interesting. Ask yourself why you’re perceiving it that way. And perhaps the way they act is precisely there to evoke those emotions in us.
