How to make it through the insanity
I have a wallpaper on my phone that says “physical reality is an illusion, make it through this.” It reminds me not to get too caught up in life’s script.
You’re on a journey and it’s called life. It’s a play. It’s theater.
You get attached to the plot because you don’t usually remember any other experience. You don’t have a recollection of anything beyond it. This is why people become so fascinated with “past life regressions” because it helps them see in perspective how they are living only one story among many. This is just one thread.
This plot is enticing and draws you in so that you don’t realize that this isn’t real — it’s just a story for your soul to play out.
When you rise above the shitstorm that is swirling around you, you can learn to overcome anything. In my opinion, it takes a lot of self-reflection and the ability to see this all as a plot that you are taking part in. You’re a character in a story.
