How Gratitude Can Transform Your Life
When you feel into the good things you have, more good things happen.
Focusing on the joy you get from your current situation makes more good things happen for you. Reality is energy, and you can command this energy with your consciousness. I’ve seen it done.
If you focus on thinking about the things that you dislike or regret in your life, it doesn’t serve you. Your attention is focused on lack, so lack continues. But if you focus on gratitude and stay thankful for what you already have, the good things bloom and grow.
It’s exceptionally hard to stay in a gratitude mindset. That’s why I think it’s important to fully understand what we’re dealing with here.
Staying in awareness of the effects your mind has on the world around you will motivate you to keep a positive outlook. Instead of only thinking about the things you should be afraid of and how you need to work to prevent bad things from happening, you should be inviting great changes into your life by celebrating the goodness in your life. The more you stay in gratitude, the more you will have to be grateful for. It’s just the way things work.
