I agree with you. Women have the right to stand up and not be called Karen. It’s misused. I don’t know why we need to use a slur at all - just call someone ‘annoying’ or ‘nasty’ instead if that’s what’s meant. I just read an article here on Medium where a very well known writer called someone he’s never even met a ‘Karen’ because she complained a lot at work. This prompted my piece here. It felt sexist.
