I am a single mom of an 8 year old and that was what scared me to the most, too. But the more I trusted and went with it, the more I was shown that this was the only way - corporate "secure" life with regular paychecks is an illusion. You could lose your job at any time (and I did, many times). You are totally at the mercy of someone else's whims. Do your own thing and be in control of your destiny!
