I really feel that pain. I’m so sorry. I sometimes say ‘there’s no love higher than that experienced between a mother and child’ but it’s to make myself feel better when my male coworkers and bosses try to make success seem like it’s all about careers. They’re missing out! If I say it, it literally would never be directed at other women. I’ll try to be more conscious of it.
