“This may sound crazy,” they often start out saying. My clients come from around the globe to ask me about their spiritual awakenings. (It’s usually about twin flames, but not always.) Feeling crazy when the universe starts to wake you up is a phenomenon that seems to know no borders. People from all cultures, ages, genders, professions, and nationalities are susceptible to it. A spiritual awakening simply makes you feel like you’re losing your mind.

Most of them tell me they’ve booked a session with me primarily to find out if they’ve gone crazy. Strangely enough, they are oblivious to the fact that I have spoken to five other people that week seeking the same kind of answer. Anyone living in the matrix, working within “the system”, will think you’re mad if you tell them what you think is happening to you during an awakening. Many of my clients have even been therapists, which makes it even harder to face the reality of their lives in this process. They’re scared of sounding nuts to their own clients and colleagues.

In the darkness, I completely let go of my image and status. I became the most authentic me that the world had ever seen, and yes, to most people on this planet right now, I sound crazy.

I think I can confirm whether you’re crazy. You’re not. Your reality is always valid. Other people don’t get to determine what’s real to you.

In addition, we may all be crazy. Or we may be the sane ones. I think if people…
