I think we agree on many of the same things and I am not going to get into an argument about labels and definitions. But I stand my ground that I don't think focusing on the breath does much. If you shift your focus from your annoyances to your breath, that takes mental strength and you should apply it to moral and spiritual pursuits, not on spending a whole day noticing your breath. That does not help humanity. It's just another distraction.
