It's basically the same thing. Your higher self is what twin flames are really about anyway. Most people don't see it that way because they focus on the physical person, but twin flames are all about manifestations of the higher self and ways that the soul teaches us how to evolve. Does that make sense?

I do also believe that all of us has a twin flame but I don't think we need to meet them.
