Meditation Increases Synchronicities and Alignment
How your meditation practice can change your world

Many people enter into meditation practice to increase focus, productivity, and mental health. I argue that these reasons alone aren’t enough — if you’re only meditating to reduce stress, you’re not going to maintain the practice for very long. This is because the real benefit of meditation is that you align with your soul.
As a meditator, you reach beyond the veil to understand who you really are and what reality is. When you unlock the spiritual impact of meditation, it becomes a transformational experience in all ways. You won’t want to stop once you touch a higher state of consciousness. It’s everything.
The truth is, the more you meditate, the more you become aligned with the world. You start to feel the connection between yourself and all things. And you can feel your soul more, which means you understand why you’re here.
Meditation helps you understand that these things you’re worried about don’t really matter because they’re part of a story you’re playing out. All of this reality is kind of an illusion, which means you’re playing a role here, and the only things that last after the play is over are your soul lessons. Everything else, including you, is temporary.
When I meditate, I often (but not every time) enter a state of calm and bliss where things just make sense. I’m no longer worried about the myriad of little things in my life that keep me living in lower frequencies. Fear doesn’t help me. When I meditate, I connect with the universe to understand that I am supported and I have a lot to be grateful for.
What is Alignment?
Alignment is a state of balance. It is the converging of trajectories. If you meditate regularly, you will find your true path and understand how this role you’re playing is important in the grand scheme of things.
The universe wants us all to come toward love. It wants to heal. When you shift your focus and activities to the same desires of the whole universe, this is alignment. And then interesting things begin to happen.
