The Way You Enter Nature is a Reflection of Your Inner World
Can you slow down and enjoy the silence?
I am always shocked when I see people outdoors, immersed in the wilderness, enjoying anything they can find to distract themselves from mother nature’s gifts. They’ll play music on speakers, talk constantly, and forget to even look at their surroundings.
Nature has so much intelligence and magic to offer us. Why drown that out?
Humans in the modern era are so removed from nature that they don’t even know how to connect with it anymore. The separation is real.
I have started noticing that the people who can’t connect with nature also have a hard time connecting with their inner peace. They don’t understand their own minds!
Meditation can take you into your inner space, where there’s silence and truth. But if you can’t slow down and listen, then you won’t be able to do it.
Your habits of entering nature mirror your habits of entering yourself.
Let’s talk about some of the ways people enter nature and how it reflects the way they handle their own minds.
