A lot of people tell me they aren’t meant to be meditating. It’s too uncomfortable for them to slow down to a state of stillness and let the universe in. But I want everyone to have this blissful experience, so I've been dedicated to my work in bringing the miracle of meditation to their lives, too.

No matter if it’s someone who has never meditated before or someone looking to deepen their practice, I want to serve as an usher toward their inner peace. I want to be the one who unlocks that door for them. If this sounds like something you are seeking, I would love to be your teacher.

People need more love — and the best way to open your heart is to love yourself. So, I am teaching now with the intent to bring more love and trust into everyone’s hearts.

Self-Love Meditation: My New Course

Divine love is everywhere; it’s the fabric of the universe. When you find the source of love…
