You’re gonna die someday. I’ve been telling my readers this for a while. I know you get me. I know you’re one of the few human beings on the planet who understand their mortality. None of us knows when our time will come. So, what are we planning to do about it?

You have limited time in this life. You only get to be ‘you’ for a little while. And you have choices. Do you live as if you will live forever, or do you live as if you’ll die tomorrow? Do you test your mortality constantly by taking risks or do you play it safe by hiding in your house in case the grim reaper is out there waiting for you?

Living your life as if there isn’t a greater meaning to it — as if you have nothing to learn — has been known to keep you in the same harmful cycles. You’re going to encounter challenges that seem far too difficult to overcome. The same situations in your life may arise over and over, and you might ask “why is this happening to me again?” The reason is: you didn’t learn. You didn’t take the chance you’ve been given in this lifetime to get better.

I’ll walk you through some ways I’ve approached the challenge of this short life, and I hope it helps you figure out what you’re going to do.
