We are all connected. Separation is an illusion. Everything and everyone is one. Your stress and anxiety are creating a sense of fogginess so that you are blind to this fact.

The feeling of separation is what gives you anxiety. What all uncomfortable situations come down to is the idea that you aren’t supported and the universe is random. If you embody the idea that other people are totally separate and unrelated to you as a being, then there is no connection and therefore only fear. The world is a scary place if you’re just on your own and you don’t matter to the rest of existence.

I’ve been there. I know what it feels like to feel so much fear about life that I have to take drastic measures to ensure that “bad” people don’t ruin my life. I have felt stressed about money and jobs and that makes me feel alone. I have felt like I need to employ trickery and have a great amount of random, undeserved luck to get somewhere good and secure in life.

But in reality, I am part of an intricate web of life, and so are you. I had to learn to trust the universe and the fact that I am supported — nothing bad is happening to me, I just need to see the big picture.
